This Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy explains how OvO-Games-Online (https://ovo-games-online.github.io/) addresses allegations of copyright infringement in compliance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, 17 U.S.C. § 512.

1. Commitment to Copyright Protection

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and require users to do the same. It is our policy to promptly respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA.

2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on our site without authorization, please send us a DMCA notice that includes the following elements:

  • Your full legal name and contact details (email address, physical address, and telephone number)
  • A clear description of the copyrighted work allegedly being infringed
  • The exact URL(s) or location on the site where the infringing material appears
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Send your DMCA notice using the contact mechanism provided on our website. We reserve the right to ignore notices that do not comply with DMCA requirements.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification including:

  • Your name, address, and signature
  • Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for your location (or California if outside the U.S.)

We may restore the content if we receive a valid counter-notice and the original complainant does not pursue legal action within 10–14 business days.

4. Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or abuse the DMCA process.
